How should I take care of my Nabulamps™

Use an authentic and certified USB adapter with a recommended output of 5V 1A. Fast-charging adapters with 2A or higher output may damage the circuit board inside the lamp.

Unplug the lamp from the power source when you're not using it.

Avoid dropping the lamp from a height to prevent damage to the internal components.

What should I do if the remote control doesn’t work?

Ensure the remote has a battery installed.

Remove any plastic film from the bottom of the remote before use.
